Refund Policy

Cancellations Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship. To cancel, email support@aminopurity.com with your order number as soon as possible. Orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days, so prompt notice is important.
Shipped Orders
Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. Because products are sensitive laboratory materials, we cannot accept returns of any item.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, email support with your order number and clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported after that window may not be eligible for review.
Replacements
When a claim is verified, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Every order includes free shipment protection, which allows us to resolve verified carrier damage and loss.
Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take several business days to appear.
