Orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days. Orders placed and accepted before 3 PM ET on a business day are eligible for same-day processing. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@aminopurity.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and label.
Cancellations Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
